I've been battling congestion, excessive phlegm, and a nasty cough for a week. I picked up my tea around 8:30 a.m., coughed as I was leaving from picking up tea and no drainage, coughing, or spitting up phlegm. Enroute to pick up my tea, I swear I slowed down at least twice to rid phlegm. My passages are clear and I'm going to take it easy so that I don't have any setbacks!!! Thank you Jeff, I'm impressed

After speaking with my doctor, I was told my iron was really low. Doctor stated if it remained low like it was I might have to start getting iron infusions, NOPE!!!
