REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final Because our products are made from natural, perishable ingredients and crafted for personal use, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on herbal products, supplements, teas, or custom blends. This policy helps us ensure that the products you receive are always fresh and of the highest quality.

2. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a replacement or refund, we will need:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

Once we review the information and confirm the issue, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item. Please note that we may require the damaged product to be returned to us before we process the refund or replacement.

3. Incorrect Orders If you receive an incorrect item or there’s an issue with your order (such as missing products), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost by either reshipping the correct item or offering a refund for the missing or incorrect product.

4. Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable:

  • Herbal products, supplements, and teas

  • Custom or personalized blends

  • Consultations and personalized wellness services


5. Refunds for Consultations All consultation fees are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will happily work with you to arrange a new time. No-shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions & Special Cases While we generally adhere to a strict no-refund policy for herbal products, we understand that unique circumstances may arise.
